Tahira Endean, MSc, CITP, CMP, CED, is a curious event designer and educator passionate about global travel, intentional event design, and the integration of technology to enhance human connection. As Head of Program at IMEX and Co-founder of Strategy Table, she curates forward-thinking education for the global meetings industry. She is the author of Intentional Event Design, Our Professional Opportunity (2017/22) and Our KPI is Joy: Using Live Events to Catalyze Happiness, Productivity and Trust (2025). A lifelong learner, Tahira holds a Master of Science in Creativity and Change Leadership, along with an Instructor’s Diploma, an Event Management Diploma, a Bachelor of Hospitality Management, and multiple industry certifications.
