Kelly Toboja is Corporate Director of Events for Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, based in Chicago, with 30 years in hospitality, including 25 in on-property leadership. She supports full-service hotels across the Americas in Event Sales, Planning, and Operations, and leads initiatives in training, banquet programming, wedding innovation, and talent development. A Southern Illinois University graduate, she’s a multi-time leadership award honoree. Kelly also serves as Chairwoman of the Women@Hyatt Corporate Chapter and is a devoted Packers fan who enjoys live music and time with her rescue pup, Lambeau.
