Hannah is the director of Pear Anderson, a research and marketing representation tourism consultancy specialising in the Southeast Asian travel industry. She is also the Regional Director APAC for the Adventure Travel Trade Association, and co-hosts a travel industry podcast, The South East Asia Travel Show.

Hannah is a conference programme editor, and designed the World Islamic Tourism Conference 2024, the ASEAN Tourism Conference 2025 and 2024, and the PATA Destination Marketing Forum 2024, as well as a frequent speaker at international conferences.

Since 2020, she has published a weekly report tracking the impact of COVID-19 and the subsequent recovery of the Southeast Asian travel industry. She has been featured on platforms such as BBC World News, Bloomberg, the Straits Times, BFM, Deutsche Welle, Web in Travel, Skift, the Guardian, TTG Asia and Travel Weekly Asia, amongst others.
