Al Lagunas is the Co-founder and CEO of Levee, a fast-growing AI startup building the first generation of AI agents for frontline operations, starting in hotels. Levee uses vision and voice AI to capture unstructured data directly from frontline workers and turn it into structured, actionable insight. This new data layer enables real-time automation of inspections, inventory tracking, and issue resolution, giving hotel operators unprecedented visibility and control without adding to frontline teams’ workload.

Before founding Levee, Al led strategic initiatives at Amazon and helped scale a startup past $100M ARR. He also taught data interpretation at Texas A&M, where he focused on turning complex datasets into practical decisions. As a first-generation American from a blue-collar family, Al’s mission is to build technology that doesn’t just analyze frontline work but it empowers the people doing it.
