Mariam Reza leads LivePerson’s worldwide Gainshare organization, which helps businesses accelerate their journeys to becoming conversational. In the Gainshare model, LivePerson offers technology implementation, contact center staffing, and Conversational AI solutions to deliver on predefined outcomes. Mariam has held a variety of leadership roles at LivePerson, focused on bringing together teams to tackle strategic opportunities, enabling the building and adoption of successful products, and helping customers transform the customer experience. Most recently, she led LivePerson’s Global Enterprise Solutions organization, a strategic combination of product marketing, creative, marketing operations, solutions, and enablement experts. In this role, Mariam brought LivePerson’s new solutions to market as the company executed a pivot to own the conversational space. Previously, she managed LivePerson’s professional services and customer success teams in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining LivePerson, Mariam led contact center teams for some of the largest companies in Australia before becoming a founding member of Engage, a provider of digital contact solutions and hosted contact centers. As one of LivePerson’s top partners, Engage successfully established LivePerson in the Asia Pacific region and was later acquired by the company. Mariam holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from the Swinburne University of Technology.
