Starting his career with an OTA, Chetan made a move to hospitality industry in 2007. During a career spanning close to 20 years, he has garnered an excellent understanding of the ever changing Internet travel landscape and is able to skilfully incorporate the latest developments into current business practices at ONYX Hospitality Group.

He has first-hand involvement in all aspects of web building, digital marketing, social media, OTA partnerships, CRM, loyalty and partnership marketing. This gives him very clear overview of all the levers that affect hotel performance. Chetan is a regular fixture at travel conferences in Asia as well as sits on the customer advisory board of several travel technology providers.
