Mark Nasr has over 15 years of experience in the travel and hospitality industry across three continents. After starting his career in hotel operations at Hilton, Marriott and InterContinental properties, he joined Continental Airlines in 2006, initially in Revenue Management and later leading the airline’s first Ancillary Revenues/Merchandizing practice.
In 2010, he joined the United management team after the merger with Continental, first leading Merchandizing, then eCommerce, and finally the Corporate Strategy functions. In 2016, he joined Air Canada to lead Loyalty, CRM, Merchandizing, and Customer Digital. His team is now mandated with relaunching Aeroplan, one of the world’s top travel loyalty programs, which Air Canada acquired in 2019.
Mark has a degree in Hospitality Administration and minor in Information Systems from Cornell University, and he was named one of Crains’ Business 20 in their 20’s.
