Jon co-founded and leads PwC’s Loyalty Center of Excellence, working with clients to develop, innovate, and grow loyalty programs and life-cycle marketing capabilities. He currently leads PwC’s efforts to understand how improvements in data capture techniques and marketing technology can be utilized to create personalized customer and employee experiences.
