Farhan Mohammad joined Salesforce in 2013 and currently serves as the Global Head of Travel & Hospitality (T&H) for Salesforce’s Travel, Transportation & Hospitality (TTH) industry. Farhan works with the world’s largest Airlines, Hotels and Hospitality companies to reimagine the future of travel.
Farhan brings 15+ years of experience in strategy and digital consulting, technology sales and implementation, CRM domain expertise, and management. He is a recognized thought leader and routinely sought after to share Salesforce’s vision for the industry with customers, partners and at various speaking engagements.
As an avid traveler and consumer of the industry, with millions of flight miles logged and thousands of hotel nights, Farhan offers a unique perspective on the needs of the traveler, looking past the industry’s current orthodoxies.
As Global Head of T&H, Farhan is responsible for developing Salesforce’s go-to-market solution strategy, including how best to leveraging leading cloud technology to deliver digital innovation and transformation to reinvent the traveler journey.
Prior to joining Salesforce, Farhan held leadership positions at Informatica and Deloitte. During that time he led technology and digital transformation engagements across the United States, Latin America, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
