As Points Chief Marketing Officer. Danielle is at the helm of Points’ marketing strategy responsible for driving growth through data science and analytics in order to continuously improve brand, partner and performance marketing tactics. She also leads our Business Operations functions, including Product Delivery and Support services, while ensuring overall customer and partner satisfaction remains a top priority.
With 20 years of experience spanning loyalty platforms, entertainment, wireless, retail and tech, Danielle has navigated and built marketing teams from growth-stage startups to international market players with robust revenue streams. She is regularly invited to speak at national and global marketing engagements and contributes to various industry publications with her solution-oriented insights.
Based in Toronto, she sits on the fundraising committee for Dixon Hall, a charity working to provide and expand housing, employment and senior services within the Toronto community.
