Group Head of CRM & Customer and Market Insight
Christian has more than 15 years’ experience in CRM, insights and analytics. After studying Mathematics at the University of Darmstadt he joined Thomas Cook for the first time as a market researcher. Two years later he went to QVC, the biggest TV-shopping channel in Germany, being responsible for Customer and Marketing Insights and building up the Direct Marketing department. After 2 years in a CRM agency, he went back to Thomas Cook in 2013 where he is today responsible for Group CRM and customer & market insights. In his role he is focusing on aligning the CRM strategy and processes, understanding the customer needs, wants and behavior and delivering insights to drive the customer orientation in the company.
