Head of Digital Service Design
As a designer, Maria is passionate about using service design to create immersive experiences by integrating online and offline services, as well as changing how organizations work. She believes in capitalizing on the transformative effect, design can bring to people & businesses.
At Finnair, Maria is responsible for the service design and overall user experience of the company’s digital platform. Previously working at Futurice & Philips, as well as teaching design thinking as a co-instructor & visiting fellow of the ME310 Global Innovation Program, she has gained expertise across various industries, envisioning and transforming digital services for clients including Airbus, BMW, Volkswagen, Helsinki Airport and Germanwings.
